My First Post

Hi, all...

This would be my 2nd time trying to update my dieting/trying to be fit effort here... but really, this time, I'm going to do my best to really log what I have been doing. Really! So I'm going to try to:


  1. Keep a food log so I'm more conscious of what is going into my body
    1. Which means I have to either remember what I eat through out the day or remember to update my blog throughout the day 
    2. Good thing blogger has an app! 
  2. Keep a log of exercises that I do each day so I know how much exercise I'm doing 
  3. Keep a log of weight (?) although this is hard since I'm usually too scared to step on the scale!!! But I'll try my best!!! 
So here it is:

Food Log:

  • Morning
    • Coffee with stevia, dash of Bailey's coffee creamer, skim milk 
    • 1 grapefruit
  • Morning/Lunch/Snack
    • 3 home-made oatmeal chocolate cookies 

Exercise Log: 
  • Quick morning starter-upper with windshield wiper, raised push-ups, crunches
