This would be my 2nd time trying to update my dieting/trying to be fit effort here... but really, this time, I'm going to do my best to really log what I have been doing. Really! So I'm going to try to:
- Keep a food log so I'm more conscious of what is going into my body
- Which means I have to either remember what I eat through out the day or remember to update my blog throughout the day
- Good thing blogger has an app!
- Keep a log of exercises that I do each day so I know how much exercise I'm doing
- Keep a log of weight (?) although this is hard since I'm usually too scared to step on the scale!!! But I'll try my best!!!
Food Log:
- Morning
- Coffee with stevia, dash of Bailey's coffee creamer, skim milk
- 1 grapefruit
- Morning/Lunch/Snack
- 3 home-made oatmeal chocolate cookies
Exercise Log:
- Quick morning starter-upper with windshield wiper, raised push-ups, crunches
